Beautiful website. Know their work and it is professional and high quality. Also, after the hurricane they had a lot of work and did not over charge homeowners like so many others. If you need anything done around your home I would highly recommend them.

Sam did a great job removing our old condo bathtub and replacing it with a shower. The job was completed within the projected timeframe and quoted price. Sam's communication during the project was impressive, we knew exactly what was going on, complete with pictures of the progress. I would highly recommend this company for any remodeling project!

Sam & Russ did a fantastic job on our home renovation project. We had a unique, complicated project that they completed beautifully and went above and beyond what we expected. They even drew up sketches for us before starting, and talked us through each phase of the process to make sure we were on the same page. They are affordable, reliable, and very creative with ideas. I highly recommend them for any home renovation project and they will certainly be our first call for anything we need done to our home in the future.

On Time, at or under Budget, Excellent Communication, High quality work, Phoned each work day when on route to worksite, Cleaned & organized workspace every day. Not the high or low bidder but worked out to be the best bidder. HIGHLY recommended! If I ever have another project, this is the first place I'll call. I sometimes am hesitant to refer friends and neighbors to contractors, but not these guys!

We rarely write reviews because ordinarily we get pretty much what we paid for. But this is different. Sam & Russell were fantastic. We called them on a Wednesday, they came out Thursday morning and an estimate for us by Friday afternoon. They adjusted their schedule and began working on our job the following Monday morning. They diagnosed the reason for the failure of the old sub flooring, solved that problem, then finished the job. They sent us pictures of progress every day. They got us a good price on better flooring than we had proposed. They finished the job two weeks early and came in on budget. The workmanship was impeccable, the cleanup thorough. As a bonus, they mounted a shelf we had purchased simply because they wanted it to look good on the wall they had just painted. If you need work done in the Wilmington area you might want to give Sam & Russell a call. You could possibly find someone better, but I really doubt it.

This was the best experience I could have expected. Had 2 bathrooms remodeled and they fi ished in 4 days. They were prompt, neat and professional. They asked questions before going ahead and heard my suggestions. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

They did pretty much an entire home remodel for us in 2020 on a rental property, including brand new kitchen, new windows, painting. This past summer they did window replacement on my home. They couldn't help any delay in getting the windows, but they were diligent in following up with their representative and keeping me posted. Once the windows came in, they were here as scheduled and did a beautiful job. They had to come inside for a lot of the window project and they were very considerate about covering the floors, etc., and cleaning up after themselves. I do recommend them without hesitation.
